Terms & Conditions – Dr. Dry and Andrebosto Laundry OPC Pvt. Ltd.
Thank you for choosing Dr. Dry, operated by Andrebosto Laundry OPC Pvt. Ltd. We request all customers to carefully read and understand the following service terms to ensure a smooth and transparent experience.
1. Proof of Delivery & Collection
Customers must retain the original bill or challan issued during pickup or drop-off of garments/articles.
The original bill/challan must be presented at the time of delivery for verification and return of the cleaned items.
If the bill is lost or unavailable, delivery will be made only after verifying the identity of the customer to ensure rightful return.
2. Urgent/Express Service Charges
Articles requested under express or urgent service will incur an additional charge of 50% over the regular pricing.
3. Inspection and Complaints
Customers are requested to inspect their garments/items upon delivery.
Any damages or concerns must be reported to the respective store or company within 24 hours of delivery.
Complaints raised after this timeframe may not be entertained.
4. Service Limitations and Risk Disclaimer
We do not guarantee 100% stain removal, color retention, or fabric durability, especially for delicate or pre-damaged garments.
Issues such as color fading, bleeding, running, shrinking, or damage to embroidery, sequins, prints, or embellishments are not the responsibility of Dr. Dry.
All garments are processed at the customer's risk. We are not liable for damage resulting from:
Weak or defective fabric quality
Aging of garments
Pre-existing damages not visible at the time of pickup
Inappropriate manufacturing or adulterated textiles
5. Ornaments and Valuables
We request customers to remove any jewellery, ornaments, cash, or valuables from their garments before handing them over.
Dr. Dry will not be liable for any such items if they are lost, damaged, or destroyed during processing.
6. Delivery Timelines & Liability
While we strive to deliver within the agreed timeline, unforeseen events or Force Majeure (natural calamities, strikes, breakdowns, etc.) may cause delays.
In such events, no compensation, refund, or reduction in charges will be applicable.
Garments not collected within 3 weeks of scheduled delivery may be disposed of without further notice.
7. Pricing & Premium Garments
Articles such as designer wear, luxury fabrics, or complex pieces will be assessed individually, and custom pricing will be communicated after evaluation.
This pricing is determined based on the effort, expertise, and risk involved in handling such items.
8. Compensation Policy
If a garment is damaged during processing for reasons outside of the disclaimers listed above, compensation will be limited to:
10 times the processing fee charged for that item, or
A maximum of ₹3,000, Whichever is lower.
9. Legal Jurisdiction
All legal matters or disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
10. Policy Modifications
Dr. Dry and Andrebosto Laundry OPC Pvt. Ltd. reserve the right to update, change, or revise any part of these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
